Professional Veterinary Examination
Upon admission to the Village Pet Hotel and Spa facility, your pets will receive a veterinary examination as part of our service. Dr. Bob, a highly skilled veterinarian with over 45 years of experience, will note any matters for your consideration. This helps us provide the best care possible.
Medical Care
If a medical situation arises during your pet’s stay with us, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible and will treat the condition with your approval. You will be charged a reasonable fee for any services incurred, and we will do everything we can to ensure your pet’s health and well-being.
Cleanliness and Comfort
We take cleanliness and comfort seriously at our pet hotel and spa. We sanitize all kennels daily, as well as immediately after a bowel or bladder movement. Your pets will be combed and curried daily with your grooming accessories or our sanitized tools.
All food and water containers will be cleaned and sanitized daily, and water will be changed a minimum of three times so that your pet always has access to fresh drinking water. With your approval, treats provided by you or offered by us will be available throughout the day.
